1. What the site offers
The site provides free tools for typing Nepali, converting between Preeti and Unicode, making images of Nepali text, viewing the Nepali (Bikram Sambat) calendar and converting dates, along with articles about these topics. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
2. Using the tools
You may use the tools for personal, educational and business purposes, free of charge. You agree not to:
- use the site to break any law or to create content that is illegal, hateful, threatening or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or get around its security;
- copy the site as a whole, or present its tools or articles as your own on another website.
3. Your content
Text you type and the images you make with the tools belong to you. Conversions happen in your browser, so we don’t receive or store that text. You are responsible for what you create and how you use it.
4. Fonts
Fonts offered in the image maker are used under their own licences. The bundled fonts are released under the SIL Open Font License, which allows using them in images and documents. Some fonts may be added by the site owner under other terms. If you use an image commercially, it is your responsibility to check the font’s licence.
5. Our content
The site’s design, code, articles and illustrations are owned by Tithi Mithi or used with permission. You may quote short parts of our articles with a link back to the original page. Please ask before republishing whole articles.
6. Accuracy
We work hard to keep the calendar, date conversions and text converters accurate, but they are provided “as is”, without any warranty. Dates beyond the officially published calendar are projections, and lunar festival dates aren’t listed. For legal, official or time-critical uses, confirm with an official source. See our disclaimer for details.
7. Advertising and third-party links
The site shows ads from Google AdSense and may link to other websites. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content, products or practices of advertisers or third-party sites.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tithi Mithi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its results, including missed deadlines or errors in documents.
9. Privacy
How we handle information is explained in our privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
